"Daniel Brannon was extremely rude while we were trying to understand why a vehicle with no accidents was being dropped from the plan. He continually interrupted and went as far as to say the customer is not always right. He was extremely unclear in his reasoning and lackluster in his explanation. I would never recommend this agency and frankly don’t understand how someone who is that argumentative works in customer service?"

"Horrible experience with Daniel from State Farm. He was argumentative and refused to listen. His explanation was terrible. He told us to expect to be dropped shortly after very poorly “explaining” why I am being dropped from the family policy. I’ve never heard such poor customer service in my life and will gladly find a new agency to work with. He yelled repeatedly, interrupted frequently, and told us the customer is not right. If you’re looking for a new insurance agency, keep looking. This agency does not value their customers."

"State Farm is terrible car insurance and unfortunately you will learn this when you need them the most. My vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run out of state while I was traveling. In good faith, I had a State Farm select shop do the work. They did a butcher job, the best that anyone could tell afterwards is that they slammed my A pillar on causing both passenger door and sliding rear door to not be an alignment. Also, my window would not go up and down as it did on the passenger door. I was told by State Farm reps that when I got home, I could handle this through revision work and that it would be no problem. The first lie I was sold. When I got home, there were no shops in Vermont that could actually work on my vehicle. I found a shop in New Jersey that I had faith could do the work appropriately, and even though it was revision work that State Farm’s shop had messed up, I had to fight tooth and nail for them to approve the shop, and eventually pay so that my vehicle would be given back to me, for days it was in purgatory because they would not pay them. No one from State Farm helped me with anything other than eventually cutting the check. It took six months until my vehicle was fixed, probably 100 hours of phone calls, and at the end of it all they dropped my insurance. The underwriters had no interest in speaking with me. Even though it was State Farm’s negligence that caused everything to be arduous, my insurance was dropped. This office could do nothing to help me, but explain to me that it had nothing to do with their decision. This insurance company will try to pay less and do insufficient work to make their money, and could care less about the person who suffers through it all. Edit: Your hands may be tied in this, but asking me to call your office is laughable at best when I asked your office for help multiple times, spoke to you specifically asking for help, it was never given, and you told me there was nothing you could do. I could not get to anyone from claims on the phone because they do not answer phone calls. So maybe this response is more about optics than providing real help. At the end of the day your company ditched me because the accident was costly and then having to pay for revision work was even more costly, but never took any ownership or accountability that the need for revision work was due to negligent work by an incompetent shop. Your claims team and your company, and potentially you, could care less I am sure."
