WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Help customers understand coverage options and recommend solutions that fit their needs
  • Quote, bind, and service policies (new business, renewals, endorsements, billing questions)
  • Follow up on leads and renewals by phone/email/text to close sales opportunities
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our agency/CRM system
  • Work closely with the team to resolve issues quickly and deliver a great customer experience
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong communication skills and a helpful, professional phone presence
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (we will train the right person)
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable asking for the business
  • Willingness to obtain/maintain required insurance license(s) (we support training)
  • Licensed (preferred) or able to obtain Vermont insurance license upon hire (required).
  • Rutland office preferred; fully remote (no on-site) considered for the right candidate.
LICENSING REQUIREMENT

This role requires a Vermont Property & Casualty insurance license (and possibly a Life & Health license, if applicable). If you currently hold an out-of-state producers license, you’ll need to obtain a Vermont non-resident license with our assistance before getting started.

This is a remote position.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
