Hi, i’ve been a professional in this small town for 30 years. I’ve just had the misfortune in speaking to Daniel in this office. As someone who has spent decades successfully interacting with people I am remarkably disappointed with how I was treated on the phone. All i can say is ‘wow’.

Daniel Brannon was extremely rude while we were trying to understand why a vehicle with no accidents was being dropped from the plan. He continually interrupted and went as far as to say the customer is not always right. He was extremely unclear in his reasoning and lackluster in his explanation. I would never recommend this agency and frankly don’t understand how someone who is that argumentative works in customer service?
